They are suitable for clinical scenarios involving small blood collections, such as peripheral blood sampling from infants and the elderly. Our Micro Capillary Blood Collection Tubes are made of medical-grade PP material, which is non-toxic, not fragile and has stable chemical properties. They can ensure the integrity of the blood samples during storage and testing, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy of the test results. According to the different needs of patients, we can produce micro blood collection tubes with capacities of 0.25ml, 0.5ml and 1ml. Meanwhile, the color of the cap cover of the collection tube complies with international standards.

        Each color represents a different additive inside the tube, making it easy for medical staff to clearly and accurately identify and handle the blood samples, thereby reducing the occurrence of medical accidents. The red-capured blood collection tube (Plain Tube) does not contain any additives. It is suitable for allowing blood to naturally clot and is used in clinical medical tests where serum separation is required. The purple cap cover (EDTA K2/K3) and the yellow cap cover (Gel & Clot Activator Tube) are more commonly used. EDTA K2/K3 is used in hematology tests. The additives in the tube can effectively prevent blood from clotting and maintain the integrity of blood cells. The Gel & Clot Activator Tube is commonly used in tests that require quick results, such as emergency blood chemistry tests. The gel within it enables a more thorough separation of blood, ensuring the accuracy of the test results.
