EDTA Tube is widely used for clinical haematology test,especially for routine blood examination.The EDTA anticoagulant can bind with calcium ions to form chelates to prevent blood clotting, ensuring the stability and accuracy of sampling.
Our automatic sampling instrument finely and accurately spray additives onto the interior tube wall,to ensure the mixing speed and the anticoagulation effect.EDTA Tube is very convenient to use for it can be directly put on the analyzer to detect without opening the cap.
Precautions：
- EDTA chelates calcium ions and is not suitable for testing that requires the determination of free calcium or other calcium dependent substances.
- In some cases, it may not be suitable for certain specific biochemical or immunological tests.
Specimen preparation:
- Immediately invert and mix 8 times after blood collection
- Mix the specimens thoroughly before the experiment
