1. When blood was collected to serum separation tube, we should immediately invert the tube gently for 3-5 times (so as to mix blood fully with coagulant).
2. After the blood completely solidified (usually for nearly 18 minutes), the tube was put into the centrifuge, making sure that the speed of rotation would be 3000-3500 r/min, and after 5-10 minutes we could get the serum we needed.
3. And then we put the tube directly into the automatic biochemical analyzer to carry out biochemical test.
