Gel&Clot Activator yellow Cap Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tube aims to obtain high quality serum specimen for biochemistry ,immunology and serology tests in clinical inspection,inside the tube there is some gel present at the bottom,which is a pure substance and is very stable in physio-chemistry properties.Otherwise,the gel can avoid high-temperature decomposition and small molecules precipitation,hence it greatly reduces the risk of testing equipment clogging.
Tips : When blood was collected to serum separation tube,we should immediately invert the tube gently for 3-5 times(so as to mix blood fully with coagulant).After the blood completely solidified(usually for nearly 18 minutes),the tube was put into the centrifuge,making sure that the speed of rotation would be 3000-5000r/min,and after 5-10 minutes we would get the serum we needed.And then we put the tube directly into the antomatic biochemical analyzer to carry out biocheminal test.
