The inner wall is specially treated to be extremely smooth, which maintains normal platelet activity, ensures smooth blood coagulation, prevents hemolysis and the adhesion of blood cells and fibrin to the inner wall. It provides sufficient and pollution-free serum samples for clinical testing, can maintain the normal composition of serum for a long time, facilitates serum re-examination, and has good repeatability.

The complete clot retraction time is 1.5-2 hours, the centrifugal speed is 3500-4000 rpm, the centrifugal time is 5 minutes, and the recommended storage temperature is 4℃-25℃.
