After centrifugation,the blood is separated into serum (upper layer), serum separation glue (middle layer) and blood cell slower layer).A thick layer of serum separation glue in the middle of the test tube can completely isolate the serum and blood cells, so that the blood cells cannot touch the serum,thus ensuring the purity of the serum.During the operation, after the blood is collected into the separation gel storage vessel, gently reverse it for 3-5 times immediately (to fully mix the blood with the coagulant).After the blood is completely coagulated (standing for 15-30 minutes), place the separation gel tube in the centrifuge, the centrifuge speed is 3000-3500 r/min,and centrifuge for 5-10 minutes to obtain the required serum.And the tube can bedirectly placed into the automatic instrument for relevant detection. |
