First, Class 100,000 cleanroom: Core production areas strictly comply with Class 100,000 cleanliness standards, with continuous supply of purified air through HEPA filtration systems; ensuring stable production conditions through real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials (maintaining +10Pa positive pressure inside the workshop to effectively block external contamination); strict control over personnel and materials entering the workshop-personnel must undergo standardized gowning/air showers, and materials must be sterilized and enter via dedicated clean passages. Second, product-specific unidirectional flow production lines: Each product category (double-wing needles, single-wing needles, blood collection tubes, infusion sets) operates in independent workshops, achieving fully enclosed production from raw material storage → injection molding → precision assembly → final packaging. Workshops follow linear process sequencing, with physical barriers separating zones (raw material entry, molding, assembly, packaging); materials and semi-finished products advance strictly along the production flow-zero backtracking, cross-flow, or returns; products remain in purified environments from raw material input to finished packaging, never exposed to non-purified air. Third, dynamic sterility assurance and continuous monitoring: Higher-cleanliness zones are established in contamination-prone areas (e.g., assembly, packaging) with real-time environmental monitoring; cleanroom conditions are certified by authorized third parties to comply with regulations.
