The blood collection needle at the top is used to puncture a blood vessel and the end is wrapped by a rubber tube to puncture a vacuum blood collection tube. Negative pressure in the tube is utilized to draw blood into the tube. The Safety Blood Collection Kit is used to collect blood samples from patients by venipuncture.
