Product Overview

It is applicable to serum biochemistry, immunology, drug testing, etc. The inner wall is evenly coated with a coagulant, which can shorten the blood coagulation time. Due to the introduction of Japanese imported separation gel, which is a pure substance, it has stable physical and chemical properties, strong resistance to high temperature and radiation, and effectively avoids the decomposition and denaturation of the separation gel during storage and transportation. After centrifugation, the separation gel flips and solidifies to form a barrier, separating serum from blood cells, effectively preventing material exchange between them, obtaining high-quality serum, making the test results more authentic, and at the same time improving the collection rate of serum. It can keep the serum stable for more than 48 hours without significant changes in its biochemical properties and chemical composition, and can be directly put on the machine for testing.

The complete clot retraction time is 20-25 minutes, the centrifugal speed is 3500-4000 rpm, and the centrifugal time is 5 minutes. The recommended storage temperature is 4℃-25℃.

Core components
• Tube body: Made of transparent or semi-transparent PET or glass material, allowing for easy observation of the blood condition, and marked with scales to clearly indicate the blood collection volume.
• Rubber stopper: Made of medical butyl rubber, it features excellent sealing performance and can automatically close after puncture, preventing blood leakage and contamination from the outside.
• Additives: Pre-set according to the testing items, such as anticoagulants, coagulants, etc., which directly affect sample processing and testing results.
• Tags: Mark the key information such as the type of blood collection tube, additive components, expiration date, batch number, etc., for easy identification and traceability.

Common types and uses (classified by additives)
1. Ordinary tube (without additives): The tube wall has no special treatment and is used for collecting serum samples. It is suitable for biochemical, immunological and other tests (such as liver function and blood sugar).
2. Anticoagulant tube:
EDTA-K2 tube: Contains potassium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, used for blood routine tests, blood type identification, and other cell morphology-related examinations.
Heparin tubes (sodium heparin/lithium heparin): These tubes contain heparin anticoagulants and are used for tests requiring plasma samples, such as electrolyte and blood gas analysis.
Sodium citrate tube: Mainly used for coagulation function tests (such as the four coagulation factors), it is necessary to strictly collect blood and anticoagulant in a 1:9 ratio.
3. Coagulation tubes: Add coagulant to accelerate blood coagulation, quickly separate serum, and are suitable for emergency biochemical testing.
4. Separation gel tube: The tube contains inert separation gel. After centrifugation, it can form a barrier between serum/plasma and blood cells, preventing component mixing and extending the sample storage time. It is often used for multi-item combined testing.
