Product Overview

It is applicable to serum biochemistry, immunology, drug testing, etc. The inner wall is evenly coated with a coagulant, which can shorten the blood coagulation time. Due to the introduction of Japanese imported separation gel, which is a pure substance, it has stable physical and chemical properties, strong resistance to high temperature and radiation, and effectively avoids the decomposition and denaturation of the separation gel during storage and transportation. After centrifugation, the separation gel flips and solidifies to form a barrier, separating serum from blood cells, effectively preventing material exchange between them, obtaining high-quality serum, making the test results more authentic, and at the same time improving the collection rate of serum. It can keep the serum stable for more than 48 hours without significant changes in its biochemical properties and chemical composition, and can be directly put on the machine for testing.

The complete clot retraction time is 20-25 minutes, the centrifugal speed is 3500-4000 rpm, and the centrifugal time is 5 minutes. The recommended storage temperature is 4℃-25℃.

 ① Safety Cap

Premium synthetic butyl rubber stoppers are selected, making it highly suitable for puncture sampling in automatic analyzers. They feature excellent airtightness, low puncture force, minimal debris shedding, no needle clogging, and no needle bouncing.

The specially designed rubber stopper configuration reduces wear on puncture needles; the service life of the puncture needle is more than twice that of those used with ordinary rubber stoppers. The butyl rubber stopper fits tightly with the safety cap, preventing flipping or separation, and allows for easy opening and closing of the cap. 

Compatible with various decapping centrifuges and decappers.

The cap color complies with internationally recognized standards. 

② High-Quality Tube - Made of high-grade PET material with stable properties and excellent airtightness. - The inner wall of the PET tube is silanized, resulting in a smooth surface that prevents cell adhesion. 

The inner wall adopts biomimetic membrane treatment technology, providing a comprehensive and meticulous protection solution for blood cells. 

③ Sekisui Separation Gel and Coagulant

Coagulants and serum separation gels from Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd. (Japan) are used, which help maintain serum samples in their original state and ensure more accurate test results. 

High-quality inert separation gel is adopted, causing no physical or chemical interference to blood. 

After rapid centrifugation, serum samples with clear layers, transparency, and cleanliness can be obtained. 

It is resistant to high temperatures (45℃) and suitable for frozen storage, with stable properties. Rarely does the "oil droplet" phenomenon occur after centrifugation.

④ Custom Labels 

Labels of different materials with specific identifiers can be customized according to customers' requirements. Pre-printed barcodes are easy to identify and more wear-resistant. 

Tubes with removable labels and barcode labels are pre-affixed with customized labels before leaving the factory.
