1.1 Appearance requirements
The appearance of the disposable virus sampling tube preservation tube is uniform, transparent, and overall smooth, free of oil and air bubbles: the preservation liquid is colorless, transparent or light red, and must not contain particles or impurities.
1.2 PH requirements of preservation solution
The pH standard range of the preservation solution is required to be 7.0 ± 0.50
1.3 Storage fluid volume requirements
According to different milliliter volumes, the required volume of preservation solution is 1mI, 2mI, 3m1, 6m1, and the error amount should be less than ±10%.
1.4 Tightness
When the cap of the preservation tube is tightened, no preservation solution should leak out.
