1. Cut a plastic vacuum blood collection tube with a diameter of 3mm to a length of about 10cm, with an oblique opening at one end, soak it in 75% ethanol for one hour, then rinse it with distilled water, and wait for it to dry for later use.
2. After the earlobe or middle finger is disinfected, acupuncture and take the blood drop with the oblique end. Because the plastic blood collection tube itself has an arc, make the arc downward and the other end of the tube upward when collecting blood, the blood can flow into the tube naturally due to the siphon effect . The blood collection tube of 10cm is about 0.3mI.
3. After blood collection, burn the other end of the tube (the end far away from the blood surface) on the flame and immediately clamp it with a camera or hemostatic forceps to seal the blood collection tube.
4. Centrifuge at 1500-2000rpm, which can be tested with the upper serum. Or take out the serum after centrifugation and put it in another sterile blood collection tube after flame sealing at both ends, and then store it in the refrigerator for later use.
This method collects blood, there is no danger of disassembly during centrifugation, and it is convenient for long-distance transportation. But it should be noted that it must be sealed tightly when closing, or it is easy to miss when the staff is left alone.
